Weigh Down Workshop

The principles taught in Weigh Down help you end unwanted desires for food by utilizing your body's natural hunger and fullness cues--or portion and volume control--as the boundaries for relearning eating habits. Weigh Down teaches you how to refocus so you can truly break away from the desire to overeat. The journey is taught through a series of Bible-based, positive educational and motivational seminars designed to transfer a relationship with a created substance (the worship and adoration of food) over to a relationship with the Creator.

Leader: Cindy Simmons
