The women's ministry of Albuquerque's First Baptist Church has one desire - to provide women in any season of life with a place to belong. Whether through relevant Bible studies, service opportunities, activities for moms, or Ladies Night Out activities, our aim is to connect you with other women and provide you with the tools to grow in your faith.
God is looking for a few good men who are willing to live for something greater than their own pleasure, prominence, or gain. At AFBC, you will be encouraged to be the man called has called you to be. We meet for 9 weeks in the fall and spring on Sunday nights from 5-6:30 p.m. Join us as we continue to learn and grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Senior Adult ministry provides Christ-centered activities addressing the spiritual, educational, and social needs in this rapidly growing segment of our society. Our goal is to promote seniors living to their fullest potential to the glory of God. Our "Senior Family" includes retirees, people with adult children, grandparents, and widows/widowers. While there are various needs among seniors, all share the common need for salvation in Christ and a sense of being valuable and productive servants of the Lord.
We are here to help by providing opportunities for service, a community of friends, and a place for fellowship. You will discover that YOUR time and talents are needed, your wisdom and willingness are valued, and your experience and expertise are important to us.
A number of Senior Adult Life Group classes are available on Sunday morning to offer Bible Study. "Saints Alive" is a monthly newsletter of the Senior Adult Ministry of Albuquerque's First Baptist Church. This publication will provide up-to-date news about monthly events and will include date, time and location.
